StruXure Utah offers SMS text messaging to customers who have provided their mobile phone number and opted in to receive messages via the inquiry form on www.modernshade.co, by phone, or through an in-person request. We use SMS for transactional communications (inquiry responses, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimate updates, and project follow-ups) and for marketing communications (occasional promotional offers, service announcements, and seasonal updates).

SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing — including service providers required to deliver the SMS service — exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
